ORIX Hotel Management is an operating company for the ORIX Group, and operates a wide variety of Japanese-style inns, hotels, and training facilities across Japan. Centered on our own business brand of Japanese-style inns and hotels, ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS, we also utilize our history of operational expertise to provide business support to facilities operated by other companies.

ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS is a business brand for Japanese-style inns and hotels operated by ORIX Hotel Management Corporation. We offer a wide range of categories of both Japanese-style inns and hotels, from luxury to casual, and provide experiences to suit the various needs of each of our guests in order to create “a location to which customers wish to return.” Currently, ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS operates 14 Japanese-style inns and hotels under five brands, from Hokkaido in the north to Fukuoka and Oita in the south.
KARAKU
Karaku is a luxury Japanese-style inn resort designed to ensure that each and every one of our guests enjoys an experience that is uniquely their own. Based on the brand concept of “a place where beautiful vitality is born,” we offer experiences of the highest quality by placing great importance on considerate hospitality and interactions (“AWAI”) while focusing on the essentials with absolutely no compromises.
HANAORI
Hanaori is an upscale Japanese-style inn and hot spring resort where visitors come to unwind and enjoy free and lively conversations. Photo spots that symbolize Hanaori, a buffet replete with dishes that represent the local climate and the season, and the spirit of hospitality that is our ultimate pursuit. Under the brand concept of “Hanasaku Hanaori (flowers blooming in Hanaori),” we deliver vibrant and colorful moments that will fill your heart with joy.
Ryokan Collection
The Ryokan Collection is a collective brand for Japanese-style inns that value Japanese tradition and harmony, and have a distinctive character closely connected to their local communities. We offer hot springs that provide a sense of relaxation and peacefulness, as well as meals prepared with ingredients rooted in the local area, so visitors can enjoy not only the Japanese-style inn experience, but the entire region as well. We promise you a relaxing time, where you can unwind and calm your mind.
CROSS HOTEL
CROSS HOTEL is a mid-scale lifestyle brand located in prime locations in major cities where you can discover and experience the trends and history of each region. Connect with the city, with people, with life. No matter when you visit, we will always offer you a stimulating moment of new discoveries and inspiration.
CROSS Life
CROSS Life is a casual lifestyle brand that inherits the concept of “connection with the community,” which is the DNA of its sister brand, CROSS HOTEL. Connecting people to people, linking people to communities, and broadening perspectives. At CROSS Life, we offer “an enjoyable place where you can be yourself” to all of our guests.
Independent Hotel Series
This is a series of independent hotels operated by ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS, which offer unique experiences that can only be enjoyed at that particular facility in that particular location.
A resort located at Kankaiji Onsen in Beppu Onsen town that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Enjoy the unique buffet and entertainment facilities, as well as the Sorayu and Tanayu open-air baths overlooking Beppu Bay and the city.

HOTEL
This hotel combines hotel facilities with serviced apartment facilities. The hotel is splendidly situated, just three minutes on foot from the nearest station and within walking distance of Shinjuku Station. It is also fully equipped with a 24-hour concierge, laundry service and fitness gym.
Located approx. 10 minutes from Haneda Airport via a free shuttle bus, this hotel has an excellent location.
At Café & Dining HARUHORO, guests can enjoy delicious, carefully selected dishes at breakfast buffets and dinners.
Spaces have been carefully designed including dream boards showing beautiful pictures of Tokyo and Mount Fuji in guests’ rooms. Lounge for guests is located beside the lobby.
Training Facilities
ORIX Hotel Management operates specialized training facilities that integrate training, accommodation, and dining. In addition to training rooms of various sizes, our facilities feature comfortable yet functional guest rooms, as well as restaurants and free spaces for social interchange. Our conference coordinators also provide comprehensive support covering everything from reservations through to implementation.
Cross Wave Fuchu is located within Fuchu Intelligent Park, a district of advanced intelligent, integrated buildings. As one of the largest training facilities in Tokyo, its main hall has a capacity of 456, while the restaurants can also accommodate up to 400 diners.
Cross Wave Funabashi is conveniently located nine minutes on foot from JR Funabashi Station on the JR Sobu Line and seven minutes on foot from Keisei Funabashi Station on the Keisei Main Line. Single rooms come equipped with large desks, and after a hard day of training, guests can unwind in the large bath complete with sauna.
Cross Wave is located in front of the station in the Makuhari Techno Garden. Approx. 40 minutes from Haneda Airport (by limousine bus) and Approx. 50 minutes from Narita Airport (by express bus), the facilities are ideal for corporate training and meetings with attendees from Japan and overseas.
Cross Wave Umeda is our flagship facility in the Kansai region, and is a 15-minute walk from JR Osaka Station. In addition to conference rooms lined by a whiteboard covering two walls, the facility also features the Cross Room which seats up to 144 people.
